Exciting Opportunity: Senior Accountant (Real Estate)

Location: Palo Alto or Irvine, CA

CORY is hiring a Senior Accountant who is passionate and driven about multifamily real estate and is ready to be a part of a growing organzation.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established multifamily owner, operator, and investor nationally. They are continuing to grow and expand their teams across the West Coast.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and annual reports to share with management.
• Review and approve monthly financial statements prepared by vendors.
• Maintain and analyze all accounting records.
• Prepare all interim and year-end audit work papers.
• Prepare and submit all financial and compliance reports to lenders and partners.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal departments promptly.
• Prepare interim and year-end tax compliance, audit, and tax work papers.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
• Experience in working in the multifamily industry.
• Proficient in Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively.

Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
• $110K to $125K + 10% annual bonus
