Accountant

Qualifications
This company is looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, self-motivated and high attention to details
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related
3+ years of accounting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program
Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
Process and post monthly and quarterly expense allocations
Prepare and monitor budgets
Perform bank reconciliations
Budget and claims grants
Created ad hoc reports as requested
Work with public auditors to resolve requests
Prepare monthly financial reports for the board
Assist executive director of finance with projects
Other duties as assigned
