Job description
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 10++s and create a report with related information at year end.

We are looking for an AP Specialist in Pasadena to assist our client. This client is in the real estate/investment industry.

Responsibilities
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable
• Matching and coding invoices
• Obtain appropriate approvals from managers
• Reconcile vendor's statements and bank transactions
• Perform weekly check runs via wires and checks
• Vendor management
• 10++s
• Assist with month-end closed

Qualifications
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience handling large-volume invoices (200+ invoices weekly)
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Prior experience using Yardi preferred
• Strong working knowledge in MS Excel - vlookup/pivot tables
• Hours: 8:30-5 pm
