Job description
Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and present design concepts for architectural and interior design projects.

· Create detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

· Select and specify materials, furnishings, and color palettes for interior spaces.

· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.

· Regularly conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

· Prepare and manage project timelines and budgets.

· Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Professional licensure or certification in architecture or interior design (preferred).

· Proven experience as an Architect and Interior Designer.

· Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
