Job description
Overview:
To support day to day technical administration of LMS (SuccessFactor & Schoox) along with eLearning development & testing. This involves just not the usability testing but also learnability testing and hence has an extensive testing suite, with a large focus on the end-user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Management of courses ,creating courses, classes, curricula, enrollement ,surveys ,assessments and re ports
• Define and assign user permissions with appropriate permission levels
• Provide eLearning assistance, includes SCORM wrapping , package testing and packing delopying into l learning platforms
• Troubleshoot contents across a range of browser and devices and makes decision to fix them
• Mentor and support internal resources in uploading of SCORM packages and Course test activitie s as cycle testing using test scripts or instructions
• Should have knowledge on creating learning technology solutions using authoring toolsShould have knowledge on handling tickets via case management tools
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience with LMS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactor, Schoox,Workday Learning ,Degreed or other comparable industry solutions
• 5+ years of experience working in e-Learning Content development & testing team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook), SAP Enable Now Producer, Easy Generator, Adobe Articulate,other industry standard learning authoring tools
• Experience of working in a HR environment or shared services role
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
• Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment
• Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
• Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion
