Accountant Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant with proficiency in Tally to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Financial Records: Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
• Tally Software Management: Utilize Tally for all accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliation, and generating financial reports.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor actual results against budgets.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and file tax returns, and liaise with auditors.
• Inventory Management: Track and reconcile inventory records.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support Audit Processes: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
