Find A Dev is a service-based startup providing software services to clients. We have successfully delivered projects to over 15 startups and are now looking to expand our team with a talented Business Development Executive.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in a work-from-home role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in finding leads for software services and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through research, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Identify new revenue opportunities in the software services sector
• Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients
• Collaborate with management on sales goals and strategies
• Maintain accurate sales and business development documentation

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in software services
• Proven track record of lead generation and conversion
• Strong research skills and ability to identify potential clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social platforms for business development
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies (preferred)
