Job Summary: BrandSmashers Tech is seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, robust, and maintainable software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop software applications across various platforms such as web, mobile, desktop, and AI/ML.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of the developed applications to ensure reliability, stability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and optimize performance of existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, ideally in a software development company or agency environment.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, Django, Spring, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks would be advantageous.
