Bandhan Skill Development Center is currently looking for Facilitator/Trainer of BPOwith the proper knowledge of finance and insurance and hand on experience on micro-finance. Purpose of the Role: · As a trainer, you will develop and deliver training to our students. Job Requirements: · This role is primarily responsible for the management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization · Having knowledge about the Banking and Insurance and, Financial Planning, Capital markets etc. · Design, develop and deliver training programs. · Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements · Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all our students. Also, to evaluate the effectiveness and identify the re-training needs · Interact with teams in scheduling training activities · Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs · Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures in training sessions Required Skills: · Advanced customer service and time management skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to design effective training programs · Outstanding coaching skills · Great organizational and interpersonal skills · Ability to measure performance · Experience with building and developing teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,0++.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
