RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Draft and prepare high-quality patent applications with a focus on mechanical inventions.
• Conduct thorough prior art searches and analyze relevant prior art.
• Collaborate closely with inventors, clients, and legal teams to gather and understand technical details and innovations.
• Create and refine detailed patent drawings, including block diagrams and flowcharts, adhering to USPTO guidelines.
• Utilize various drafting tools and software such as AutoCAD, MS Visio, CATIA, CorelDraw, and SolidWorks to produce precise and compliant patent drawings.
• Ensure all patent documents undergo multiple quality checkpoints throughout the drafting process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in patent laws and regulations.
