Position Title: CCTV Technician/Engineer

Roles and Responsibility: -
• Design and implement IP CCTV systems, electronic security systems, access control systems, home automation, Audi visual, PA System, FAS system and access control systems, ensuring the highest levels of security based on specific security requirements and industry standards.
• Implement cabling, drilling, fixing, laying and installation of Distribution Board and all end devices, etc is part of the scope.
• Design and implement home automation, home theatres and other audio-visual requirements based on industry standards
• Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate security systems and AV systems into new or existing buildings and facilities.
• Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and determine optimal placement of cameras, sensors, security devices and other audio-visual devices.
• Install, configure, and test IP CCTV cameras, NVR, DVR sensors, detectors, access control systems, and other electronic security equipment.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot security and audio-visual systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and faults related to all systems promptly and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in IP CCTV, electronic security technology and audio video technology including industry trends and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to security personnel and other stakeholders regarding the use and maintenance of security systems.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of security systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of security systems with other operational systems and processes.
Skills Set:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of CCTV systems and electronic security systems.
• Working knowledge of security system protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of CCTV camera technologies, including IP cameras, analog cameras, and PTZ cameras.
• Proficiency in electronic security system components, such as motion sensors, intrusion detectors, access control systems, and biometric devices.
• Experience with structured cabling, networking, and IP-based surveillance systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
