Job Description: Data Science Engineer

As a Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems and drive innovation within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where data science can be applied to improve business outcomes and streamline operations
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large, complex datasets
• Work closely with data engineers to gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support the development of predictive models and actionable insights
• Build and optimize data pipelines and architectures to ensure the scalability and efficiency of data science solutions
• Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement in our data science capabilities
• Drive the deployment and integration of data science solutions within the overall technology infrastructure of the company

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with data science libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Jupyter
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
