Position : Outbound Voice Process Executive

Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introducing products/services and explaining their benefits.
• Conducting product demonstrations or presentations over the phone.
• Addressing customer questions and concerns effectively.
• Following up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
• Persuasion and influencing skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Position 2: Inbound Voice Process

Process: Inbound (Voice)
Languages: Good English + Hindi
Shifts:
• Rotational shifts for boys (7am to 4 pm & 4 pm to 1 am)
• Day rotational shifts for girls (7am to 4 pm & 11 am to 8 pm)
• Rotational week offs

Salary: 15,000 INR in hand + Incentives
Qualification: 12th & Above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
