Logistics Supervisor

For our Supply Chain Department in Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt. Ltd.,Chakan, Pune - India, we are looking for a
Logistics Supervisor
Your future role
• Managing the Sales Planning & scheduling of customer orders & Logistics services to meet timely delivery.
• Support purchases of logistics related services corporate and plant purchasing
• Maintain knowledge of compliance policies and procedures
• Provide follow up to assure best price that deliveries are made in a timely manner and that any potential delays are addressed.
• Negotiates, contract agreement as needed
• Provide and support purchase related information for continues improvement activities.
• Handling scrap related activities for disposal and auction, finished goods Freight contract, warehouse management etc.
• Contribution for achieving saving target as per AOP, TOD activities.
• Participate in activities TPM, NWT, IATF, EMS, OH&S, KAIZEN, actions against day to day issues of logistics & dispatches.
Your profile
• BE Mechanical/ Master Degree in Business Administration (Materials Management)
• 10-15years in material management
• 5-6 years supervisory experience of handling logistics activities
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in Matrix Organization'
• Conflict Management
• Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
• Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
• Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
