Location- Bavla Bagodara Highway, Ahmedabad

Education Qualification- B Sc.

Desired Candidates- Experience - Pharma Formulation

Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Receiving and Dispatching:
• Supervise the receipt of incoming goods and ensure they are checked, recorded, and stored correctly.
• Coordinate the dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or other departments.
• Manage the documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and other regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Equipment and Facility Management:
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse facilities to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling activities in compliance with environmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,561.25 - ₹32,102.2+ per month
