Requirements

Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply.

Candidate should have:
• Good Communication skills.
• Handling calls over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
• Handling calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Basic technical knowledge.

Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

Shift: Rotational Shift (6days working)
