Staff Nurse

1. Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit

2. Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient

3. Maintain patient records

4. Create and implement effective care plans

5. Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.

6. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.

7. If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.

8. Administration of injections.

+. Assistance in administration of I/u injection.

10. Preparation of injections and clearing up.

11. Recording of medicines & injection given.

12. Talaing and charling I.P.R.

13. Rounds with doctor.

14. Technical procedure e.g. enema catheterization, dressings irrigations O2 therapy, preparing for and clearing up after procedure.

15. Preparation for and assistance in clinical tests and medical procedure.

16. Pre and postoperative care.

17. Urine testing, Collecting labeling and dispatching of specimens.

18. Escorting patients to and from departments.

1+. Giving and receiving reports.

20. Handing over and taking charge of shift.

21. Preparation of surgical supplies, bandage, splint.

22. Routine care and cleaning of dressing trolleys, cupboards, apparatus, mackintosh etc.

23. Disinfections of beds, floor and bed pans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
• Nursing Staff: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:
• English & Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Nursing License (Preferred)
