Job Description
• Designation: Delivery Architect
• Location: Gurgaon
• Experience: 10 - 14 Yrs
Responsibilities:
• Hands on system software analysis, development, testing, and maintenance experience
• Strong familiarity with IT and system development concepts and techniques inclusive of Web, SOA, application development methodologies / tools (both Waterfall/Agile), programming languages, information management, transaction management, user interface design / styles, international operations and configuration management methodologies and tools
• Working technical knowledge of J2EE Application Servers, Database and Data Integration technologies and Enterprise Messaging
• Experience in projects that have implemented multiple application and data integration patterns using technologies like SOA, Informatica, Oracle Golden Gate, WMB
• Experience in using a test-driven development approach using JMock and JUnit or other similar libraries
• Knowledge of XML and practical experience using it with Java
• Experience in a major financial institution or similar environment
• Knowledge of UNIX, Maven, experience of continuous integration/continuous delivery practices
• Experience of delivering projects using Agile practices
• Understanding of retail investment, wealth & portfolio administration, transfer agency, etc.
• Basic knowledge of technology, third party products and their usage within fund supermarkets and wraps
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability both to influence other leaders within IT and constructively manage conflict to positive outcomes for all parties
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with all business and systems stakeholders
• Flexible and positive attitude, openness to change
• Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high-quality solution
• Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and systems environment
