Human Resource Intern

Position: HR Intern

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Duration: 2 months

Stipend: Upto 10K

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Candidates:

- Utilize various job portals and social media platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.

- Screening Candidates:

- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

- Follow-ups:

- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and upcoming interviews.

- Tracking Candidates:

- Work closely with senior HR team members to track candidate progress and updates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintaining Data:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the HR database.

- End-to-End Recruitment Process:

- Assist in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.

- Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in HR and recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
