Job Requirements

evaluating patients and their clinical needs to choose the best radiography or phlebotomy methods.

oversees the quality and amount of work, the correct upkeep of laboratory conditions, safety protocols, equipment, tools, and supplies, files, and records for pre-analytical laboratory operations (Pathology Sample Collection or Radiology examinations).

Maintain the integrity of the sample collecting and transportation process in accordance with SOPs.

Make sure that clients are informed about the entire product, including the test menu, rate, bundles, and other technical details.

accountable for daily operations and services (such as pathology, radiology, pharmacy, dietetics, etc.), ensuring smooth branch operations and assisting the branch head with managerial and administrative duties.

Manage client feedback and satisfaction scores to meet set standards.
