We are an omni channel fashion jewellery brand with a strong offline presence and a fast growing

online channel. Our creative team is entrusted with constantly producing visual designs for digital

and print mediums for marketing, merchandising and branding purposes. The variety of work that

the team does is like a mini creative studio within the company. We are looking for an experienced

creative person and people manager, someone that can inspire and lead the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Own and Manage the creative process from concept to completion for all visual design

requirements

● Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that

effectively address marketing goals and challenges across online and offline marketing

campaigns

● Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

● Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print

materials and digital experiences for different audiences

● Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by researching and

formulating visual storytelling techniques for each project

● Work closely with multidisciplinary teams like photographers, fashion stylist, graphic

designers, VM designer, and others to deliver the envisioned output

● Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral

● Ensure visual communication objectives and brand standards are met

● Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff

● Interact with external creative and design agencies

Candidate Profile:

● Graduation in Design, Visual Communication, or Fashion communications mandatory

● Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and creative field

● Should have experience in the fashion industry or e-commerce

● Minimum 3 years experience in heading a team of designers

● Effective communication and leadership skills

● Ability to think creatively and out of the box

● Expert in both digital and print design.

● Extensive exposure in design for digital and social media.

● Knowledge of photography - product and model shoot added advantage

● Efficient in managing projects and ensuring deliverables

● Knowledge of brand and design guidelines

Location:- Work will be from our HO at Basavanagudi, Bangalore
