About Us: We are a newly formed generative AI startup with over 1,60,000 cumulative users.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain mobile-first web applications using Node.js and React
• Gain exposure to (or willingness to learn) React Native
• Implement, refine, and experiment with prompt engineering techniques to optimize User->AI interactions
• Create and manage Google Cloud Functions and utilize various Google Cloud services, including Firebase
• Assist with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including app service management
• Integrate and manage NoSQL databases (Firestore, MongoDB, etc.)
• Utilize APIs from ChatGPT, Mistral, LLaMA, and other LLM providers
• Explore and apply RAG and Agentic AI workflows to improve User->AI interaction effectiveness
• Optimize mobile website performance and user experience
• Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries
• Apply good coding practices, clean architecture and have a continuous code optimization mindset
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and how it can be applied
• Assist in hiring and setting up the core engineering team

Requirements:
• Flexible mindset
• Recent graduate from a Tier 1 institution with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0-3 years of work experience in a technical role
• Proficiency in Node.js and React
• Basic understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work and a willingness to learn more
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Google Cloud Functions and Firebase
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly app service management
• Hands-on experience with mobile website development
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux
• Understanding of functional JavaScript programming principles (preferred)
• Experience using GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT
• Passion for exploring and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc., to improve productivity
• Demonstrated deep interest in applied AI and building innovative solutions for Bharat
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Side projects or personal projects that demonstrate technical skills and creativity
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or related fields
• A record of open-source contributions is a plus
