Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site, hybrid role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service of the electric vehicles, especially 3 wheelers. They will also provide customer service and ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles. The role is located in Noida.

Qualifications
• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service and Customer Service skills
• Experience in vehicle maintenance
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a must
• should be well versed with electric and electronic systems in 3-wheeler electric rickshaw and E Auto
• Diploma or certification in automotive technology or related field
