Events Coordinator

FLAVOURLY.best seems to be looking for an Events Executive with the following responsibilities:

Logistics and Set-up:
You will be responsible for planning and executing pop-up events at client locations. This likely involves tasks like finding suitable locations, obtaining permits, and managing logistics like equipment rental and transportation.
Setting up the pop-up venue according to FLAVOURLY.best's standards and ensuring everything is functional before the event starts.
Client Communication and Coordination:
Working closely with brands to ensure a smooth and successful event. This may involve liaising with brand representatives, understanding their requirements, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Keeping brands updated on the progress of the event setup.
Event Management:
Supervising the overall quality of the pop-up experience, ensuring it meets FLAVOURLY.best's standards for customer service and brand presentation.
Addressing any issues that may arise during the event and ensuring a positive customer experience for attendees.
Digital Interface Management:
The job description mentions managing the digital interface, which could involve tasks like managing an event website or social media page, or ensuring a seamless digital experience for customers at the event (e.g., ticketing, online ordering).
