Online Sales Executive |Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Online Sales: Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry.
E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the online retail space.
Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Sales Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales data on Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
