1 Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock

2 Responsible for allocation and maintenance of stock.

3 Responsible for verification of bills according to stock

4 Ensure the proper entries/record of sales return and new products in the store or

warehouse.

5 Coordinate regular inventory audits

6 To Make GRN & Delivery Challans

7 Keep updated inventory records

8 Co-ordinate with office & site for dispatch of materials

+ To effectively handle multi-tasking operations in Stock

10 Ensure the physical verification of stock.

11 Maintaining the stock and coordinating with Management for the arrival of goods.

12 Organizes item orders by editing for price, promotions, weight compliance.

13 Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery

requirements; placing and expediting orders.

14 Responsible for shipping by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time;

ordering carriers.

15 Ensure and verify items shipped by matching bills, reconciling quantities and noting

discrepancies.

16 Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and

method, and current status; answering questions.

17 Replaces damaged items, shortages, and MIS shipments by determining optimal response

of replacement or credit.
