SAVE Finance Accounts Executive

We are looking for an ambitious and competent Finance & Accounts Executive as part of our Finance Team at our regional office in Navi Mumbai, India. We are looking for a person with at least 4 years of experience in a similar job. Your responsibilities include:

• Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase/Expense, Payment, Receipts, Purchase Orders etc.

• Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner as required by auditors.

• Working knowledge of GST e-invoicing, calculation, payment, return filing and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of GST E-Way bills.

• Working knowledge on TDS calculation, payment and return filing.

• Managing Accounts Payables & Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny.

• Addressing clients and vendor queries on GST/TDS/Payments.

• Good knowledge of Tally

• Knowledge of foreign remittances, customs and import procedures will be an added advantage.

• Coordination with banks for operations/credit facility/documentation, etc.

• Visits to the bank or any government department, if required.

• Any other adhoc tasks, as assigned.
