Job Summary:

The PR and Event Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies and organizing high-impact events to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations:
Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers..
Monitor media coverage and manage media inquiries.
Manage crisis communication and PR efforts during critical situations.
Event Management:
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, corporate events and community outreach programs.
Develop event concepts and themes that align with the brand’s image and objectives.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
Oversee event promotion and attendee engagement strategies.
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in public relations, event planning.
Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in PR and event management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
