Position – Designer (Menswear)
Experience: Minimun 3-4 years in Menswear Designing role
Budget: Upto 6 LPA
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Responsibilities :

Should know about pattern making and technical specs of a menswear shirt.
Should be able to take a development sample from idea to completion with all relevant follow-up in between
Should be able to develop prints based on theme and research
Should have an understanding of fabrics, weaves, and patterns.
Should understand colors and trends and research.
Should be able to source trims and fabrics as per requirement with the sourcing team
Work for the photoshoot.
Researching new fashion trends , conduct market surveys and work on themes.
Coordinate with fabric department on sourcing and ordering of fabric
Co-ordinate with the vendors for new fabric options for the selection.
Design shirts and make techpack/ style sheets whenever needed.
System Work – Fabric and design code creation, understand the process of taking products live on the website.
Analyze sales data and work on future projections and the fabric ordering based on the data.
Involved in maintaining a product development flow and sample handling process.
Assist in the design process from conception through to final styling.
Co-ordinate with multiple team to launch the products – Production Team, Marketing Team, Tech Team, Store Teams.
Ensuring product is aligned with brand strategy.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
