Responsibilities Include
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for Scheduling Webinars ,Corporate Meetings
• Engage the customer in conversation to explain solution features & benefits
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for representatives
• Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs to qualify interest levels
• Explain about the event & help customers register for webinars/events/conferences
• Maintain & share daily reports of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a timely manner
• Accurately document customer information & call notes
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call-out and quality targets.

Qualifications
• Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work and meet targets
• Prior telemarketing experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
