Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsibility From Raising an issue until completion of Support Tickets.
• Schedule and plan daily calls for service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
• Manage phone, email, Whatsapp interactions to achieve defined SLAs
• Be the direct point of contact for customers, to ensure exceptional experience and service standards
• Manage defined processed and SLAs in our ERP
• Build deep knowledge of our product portfolio and positioning to offer personalized style advice and help customers resolve the issues.
• Work closely with cross functions to resolve any problems faced by customers
• Work with the leadership team on initiatives to improve the customer experience and process standards

What We are Looking For?
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
1. 3 - 7 year and above experience in any customer support voice process
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage.
3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work. Ability to multitask and thrive in an ambiguous environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
