Job Summary: The General Doctor will be responsible for providing medical services and healthcare support to the community at respected blocks of Keonjhar. This role involves managing and overseeing medical activities, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to the targeted population.

Key Responsibilities: Provide primary healthcare services to individuals.

Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with local authorities and hospitals for emergency referrals.

Patient Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Compile and submit periodic reports on medical activities to the project coordinator.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community health workers.
Work closely with local community leaders to understand healthcare needs and concerns.

Supervision: Supervise support staff, including nurses and other medical personnel.
Ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the region.
• Freshers Or 1 Year experience in healthcare or community health programs is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in local languages for effective communication with the community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
