Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Collection Executive located in Delhi. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of collections, and resolving any customer billing issues. You will also be required to follow company policies and procedures for collection activities and ensure timely submission of collected funds.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in collections or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with deadlines
• Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification or more.
