Salary Structure - UP To 25K Ctc

Roles & Responsibilities -

Overseeing the customer service process.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Preferred Candidate-

Any candidate with good English communication can apply.

Must be fluent in English.

Undergraduate with bpo experience must be an advantage.

Must be comfortable with working from office.

Candidate must be versatile in terms of rotational shift.

Gurgaon - 5.5 days Working + Bonus
