Job Description:-

Lead Generation:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in plastic Bottles and caps products .
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.

Product Knowledge:Develop a thorough understanding of the plastic molding industry, products, and services offered by the company.
Articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.

Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular follow-up calls.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

Sales Pitch:Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote plastic molding solutions and persuade customers to engage with the company.
Highlight unique selling points and key benefits to meet customer needs.

Achieve Targets:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and leads in the CRM system.

Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
