E|Commerce Account Manager

Full job description
Our company is looking for an E-commerce Account Manager & In-store Receptionist to drive sales and optimize our presence on Flipkart, Amazon, and other platforms with basic knowledge of the home improvement products & furniture hardware industry.

Our requirements:

- Fluent in English speaking and writing.

- Has knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office, Amazon and Flipkart Seller Hubs and other online retail platforms (Indiamart, etc.) as an important task would be to handle e-commerce orders.

- Is confident and has good communication skills and can handle in store retail dealings.

Other Information:

- We prefer a candidate who lives near West Delhi as the showroom is in West Delhi.

- The candidate is expected to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays.

- This is not a work from home position.

What we are looking for:

- Proven e-commerce account management experience.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Proficiency in e-commerce management tools.

- Detail-oriented and independent worker.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Prior Experience of Account Management.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Manage product listings for accuracy and effectiveness.

- Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the supply chain team.

- Analyze sales data for trends and improvements.

- Stay updated on competitors and pricing strategies.

- Address customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction.

- Collaborate on marketing campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with platform policies.

- Having great relationships with customers visiting the showroom.

- Awareness of raising complaints and tickets on platforms.
