Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote

7pm IST to 4am IST (US Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and agile Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting technical and non- technical professionals Globally. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using LinkedIn for recruiting and capable of filling roles within a 24-hour timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit top talent using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and rapid progression from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Engage with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other social platforms to build relationships and promote our company as an employer of choice.
Develop a deep understanding of digital marketing roles, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and more, to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
Maintain a ready pipeline of high-quality candidates to ensure quick placement and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the specific qualifications required for each role.
Ensure all recruitment processes are conducted within the specified 24-hour timeframe to meet urgent staffing needs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions Globally.
Expert level proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
