We are currently hiring for Scrum Master - Java Consultant for Emids(MNC) at Bangalore location.

Role: Scrum Master - Java Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 8- 14 Yrs

Job Type : Permanent .

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Only

Responsibilities
• Spend 50% of the time as a Scrum master and 50% on technical activities ·

In the technical capacity:
• Be able to code, debug, deploy & resolve roadblocks for team members ·

In the capacity of the Scrum master:
• Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management ·
• Makes sure that goals, scope and product domain etc. are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly ·
• Helps the team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items ·
• Ensures that the product owner is clear on how to arrange the product backlog to yield maximized value. ·
• Understanding and practicing agility
• Facilitating scrum events as requested or needed.
• Remove project impediments that boost team productivity and performance
• Act as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications ·
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/relevant stream.
• 8+ years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ skills

In the technical capacity:
• Software engineering experience in technologies such as Java and Java Script, in DB such as Oracle, in tools such as Github and Jenkins
• Understanding in cloud technologies
• Understanding in testing concepts and automation

In the Scrum Master capacity:
• Agile Frameworks, Lean Enterprise and principles, DevOps
• Proven working experience as a Scrum Master
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like XP, Kanban, SCRUM and Lean
• Effective estimation and Velocity based planning.
• Splitting Features into Cohesive Value chunks
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Digital marketing experiences a big plus
