Job description
File Advance Authorization Application on DGFT Portal. File Closure of Advance Authorization after all the AA getting Amendment. Prepare AND4F , 4H& getting CA Certified & Submitted on DGFT portal for AA Closure Purpose File Certificate of Supplies (COS) SEZ, TRA Application on DGFT Portal. Follow Up of above work with DGFT. Maintain MIS of Export, Imports & Advance Authorisation wise. Prepare Bond for Registration of Fresh AA for Submission of customs through CHA. Maintain data of EBRCS & Follow up with Bank for generate EBRCS also. Monitor import qty against exports are made. Prepare advance licence details to send in Account Dept. (Plant) for updation of balance Sheet Purpose. Do renewal of RCMC Certificate yearly after providing CA Certificate. Get approval & work of CHA Invoices & sent to Account Dept. Do any Misc. work related to EXIM.
