Job Description - Looking for a trainer with experience in insurance . · Should have minimum 1 to 3 years experience as BPO Process Trainer with a Voice process. Handling End to End Process Training for New Hire Team as per the client need and requirement. · Ensuring process training with the Modules. PPT(s) prepared before the training starts. · Handling the mock calls; barging live calls before/ post-handover is done to the process Head. · Prepare training materials such as outlines, text, and ppts. and present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats also develop alternative training methods If expected improvements are not seen. · Well versed in training the objection handling calls. · Handling the refresher training for existing team players. · Manage retention during training. · Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers, training NHT batches - If required. · Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training. · Maintain Data and MIS as per training BPMS (Business Process Management System) requirement. · Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function · Attend TTT for any client requirements · Interface with customers as needed.. · Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders. · Meet the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets · Provide Feedback to New Hires on Soft Skills and Sales. · Call monitoring as per requirement. · Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
