Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Technician/Electrician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and hands-on experience in maintaining a variety of equipment and systems, including air compressors, DG sets, water systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, chillers, etc. The candidate should be capable of performing preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to prevent unexpected downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Perform troubleshooting and repair activities to address breakdowns and malfunctions in a timely manner, minimizing production interruptions.
Equipment Knowledge:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of various instruments and systems, including air compressors, DG sets, water systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, chillers, etc.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.
Prepare reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment failures, and recommendations for improvements.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Comply with all relevant regulations and standards governing the maintenance and operation of equipment and systems.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team and relevant departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
Skills and Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in maintaining air compressors, DG sets, water systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, chillers, etc.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks as well as troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as required.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
