Front Desk Staff

We're looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff at Nisha Lifestyle & Decor in Panaji. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people.

In this role, you will:
• Be the face of Nisha Lifestyle & Decor: Warmly greet customers, answer questions about our products, and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
• Embrace your inner salesperson: Showcase our home decor products with enthusiasm and generate sales through upselling and product recommendations.
• Become a master of organization: Maintain accurate inventory levels and contribute to a smooth-running operation.
• Answer phone calls professionally: Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments and provide general information about the store.
• Channel your inner multi-tasker: Juggle various tasks including receptionist duties, administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

To be successful, you'll need:
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
• A passion for design and home decor.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
