We seek an individual with a strong background in Windows and Network administration, AD management, and Azure/AWS. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install, configure, optimize, maintain, and monitor Windows Hyper-V 2026 servers, Lift and Shift Server to Azure.
Troubleshoot Wintel systems and Cisco Meraki Networks.
Coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades for Windows servers and VMs.
Work on Active Directory project including migration initiatives and provide operational support.
Understand and manage Active Directory structure, site and subnets, FSMO placement, NTP configuration, and RODC management.
Participate in Domain controller promotion, decommission and migration processes.
Assist with the implementation and management of virtualization and backup technologies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Azure, AD and Cisco Meraki technologies and best practices.
Document and maintain all Windows server and AD related activities.
Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in Windows server administration, AD management, Azure and Meraki technologies.
Candidate must have minimum L3 level support experiance.
Experience with Windows 2026 Servers, Azure, Office 365 and Active Directory.
Experience with Virtualization technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently.
