Full job description
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with a knack for both graphic and video content creation to join team our New Delhi office (in Netaji Subash Place). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design software and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for various platforms, including social media and corporate communications.
Produce engaging social media posts and reels.
Develop and edit video content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies.
Utilize advanced video editing techniques to enhance visual storytelling and maintain high production values.
Create presentations in Canva and refine them using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Manage multiple design and video projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver creative solutions.
Requirements:

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
Strong video editing skills with a good understanding of editing software and techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting ideas and engaging with team members in other countries effectively.
Experienced in AI tools for enhancing design and video workflows.
Proven ability to create and manage multimedia content, including both static graphics and video.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply industry-standard design practices, particularly in video production.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work options are not available.
