Hindi Telecalling Executive

Seeking a skilled and motivated Tele Caller Executive for a BPO Company in the Banking Process department. As a Tele Caller Executive in our Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, you will play a crucial role in selling financial banking products and services to prospective clients through telephone calls.

Position: Hindi Telecalling Executive

Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai

Qualification: HSC or above

Experience: 0 to 4 years

Salary: Upto 16k + Incentives

Job Type: Work from office

Job Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Timing: +:30 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
• Freshers are also eligible with Excellent Communication skills in Hindi
• Basic or Good or Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi
• Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients through telephone conversations

Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
