Job Description
✓ Should be well versed with the current provisions of Income Tax. GST, TDS, and Companies Act.
✓ Hands on experience into financial analysis, financial planning, regulatory reporting and direct /
indirect taxation.
✓ Hands on experience into credit risk analysis, credit notes , credit rating, risk assessments ,
compliance monitoring, RBI Reporting.
✓ Handling the income tax assessment work of Group Companies and appearing before the assessing
authorities; coordinating with various Tax Authorities and following up.
✓ Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and schedules in compliance with regulatory
requirements and accounting standards.
✓ Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities while ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
✓ Ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit.
✓ Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and
performance evaluation.
✓ Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk exposure.
✓ Closing of accounts including preparation/checking of various ledgers & sub-ledgers; monitoring,
checking & ensuring complete & correct accounting of all the transactions
