Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Workday Core Integrations. Your typical day will involve leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Workday Core Integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Workday Core Integrations.Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
