Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve managing and maintaining infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and maintain infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production systems and services, including incident management and problem resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices for infrastructure service management.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including vulnerability management, patching, and access controls. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management, including experience with ITIL processes and tools.Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.Solid understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell or Python.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
