Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Full Stack Development. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Full Stack Development applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Full Stack Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud technologies.Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
