Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Java Standard Edition. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Java Standard Edition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.Ensure smooth functioning of the applications by monitoring and maintaining the systems.Document and maintain technical specifications, processes, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.Good To Have Skills:Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Agile Project Management, Java Enterprise Edition.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes.Experience in troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Java Standard Edition.Experience in providing technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
